Corona Treating System
We are engaged in offering a wide range of corona treatment system for blown film plant. Web size from Narrow (50 mm) to wide width (2500) are treated to the required Dynes density. Segmented electrodes provide easy and simple operation to selected treating width of films. The use of live roller system gives better efficiency and is covered with specially developed god quality silicone sleeves.
Corona Treatment System
Narrow Web Corona Treater are primarily used in converting applications like label printing / adhesive coatings substrates like Teflon / Fibre Glass cloth etc. Narrow web treater are generally single side treater with max. Width upto 12 inch and running at a line speed more than 100 mtrs./min. In this type of Narrow Web treaters treatment rollers are of 6 inch dia covered with silicone rubber sleeves and two bare guide rollers. It has cantilever type of construction with Segmented Electrode ( 4 fins / 6 fins ) System covered with FRP for operators safety. These treaters are comes with Ozone Extraction system and assembly open H.T. Interlock for operators safety. It has pneumatically operated Electrode system for threading of the film.
Corona Generator
We offer corona generator with the latest IGBT based technology and working based on high frequency characteristics. High frequency operation permits electrodes to produce much higher density corona which results in better treating at lower power level and reducing power cost. safety features like over load current and zero speed switch provides to cut off power when incoming web breaks, and current exceeds the preset value indicating on panel light and sounds buzzer.
Corona Treater For Multilayer Film
Corona treaters for multilayer film plants are specially designed for higher output power capacity as per the client’s requirements. IGBT base corona generator ensure easy and reliable working as a higher frequency in the range of 20 k c/s to 40 k c/s. Pneumatically operated split treater box design provide easy straight threading of the web through the treater box. Use of segmented electrodes(small key type levers) make film treating size adjustment easy. Air extraction blower removes the unwanted ozone gs from the treater box. The high voltage transformers are placed nearby treater box unit to avoid long high voltage carring cable connections.
